1. Please download and fill in the Order Form above, and email it to order@genepharma.com, or click Order Online. Your orders will be processed as soon as possible.
2. We aim to confirm orders within 24 hours. If you did not receive a reply or order confirmation, please call +86-21-51320195 or email support@genepharma.com.
3. To order single-stranded RNA, write down ‘single-stranded’ within the REMARKS field. Otherwise, we will synthesize double-stranded RNA for you.
4. To order siRNAs, please add ‘TT’ at the end of the 19-nt sequence.
5. Before submitting the Order Form, please check your order carefully. Received orders cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours.
6. To cancel or modify your order, email order@genepharma.com within 24 hours. Specify your order no. and contact details within the mail.
7. If you have any special requests, please specify them within the REMARKS field. Feel free to contact us at support@genepharma.com if you have questions.
8. Payment is due within 30 days upon receiving the products. We accept payment by wire transfer or Paypal.
